Learn how to recover from the man who went through hell

I am writing a full book online.
Read it for free.

Don't Miss Out
On The Priceless Wealth of Advice
You Can Access On My Blog For Free
On How To Get Rid Of Sinusitis.

I Have Found Out That
All You Need To Recover
Is Available and Actionable.

If You’re Ready To Begin A New Live Today, This Is The Time To Act.
The Letter Below, Which I have Addressed To YOU, May Well Be The Most Important Letter To Read In Order To Change Your Life To The Better.

Dear Friend,

I have to talk to you for a minute. My name is Marcus Brinkmann and I live in Frankfurt, Germany. Now that you have found me, I need you to decide on something very important right away:

Do you really want to improve your life from today on and fight against Sinusitis?

If the answer is “Yes”, I know that you are taking this seriously, just as seriously as I did and as I still do as I am writing these lines.

I want you to know that I spent years of my life in a desperate quest for effective cures against sinusitis. I also considered to undergo surgery - until I heard from a mouth and throat specialist who suffered from sinusitis himself.

Even though he had this condition several times a year, he did not want the surgery. I found out that he was afraid of the immense risks involved in surgery. I reckoned he should know best, and finally decided against the surgery.

However, before I go on, I want you to know that I am a real person who you can contact and who has learned by experience how to fight sinusitis. I am the living proof that sinusitis can be fought with great success, even though many practitioners have told me that I would need surgery to live a normal life again.

Let me ask you:

  • Do you sometimes feel weak, just like you are not really in shape, even though your last Sinusitis episode ended a few weeks ago?
  • Do you ever feel angry or frustrated because you have got a sinusitis again?
  • Do you ever become sick with sinusitis just because there is a little more tension at work, or because there is a higher stress level at home?
  • Do you feel like you have Sinusitis too often in a year?
  • Do you often have headaches or cold feet of pain under your eyes?
  • Have you ever wondered if you can keep up the regular activities you have always done due to the lack of power and fitness you feel?
  • Have you ever doubted the effectiveness of antibiotics when you were treated against sinusitis the Xth..time and after wards you got sick again after a few weeks?
  • Do you wonder if there is more than the few things that most general practitioners tell you to do or to take?
  • Would you like to learn everything there is to know about natural remedies against sinusitis, about how your life can be changed to the better and about how to AVOID getting this horrible disease again?
  • Would you like to restore your health and to make a decisive step forward RIGHT NOW?

If the answer is “Yes” to any of the questions above, I have quite an interesting story to tell you: ..read on for GOOD NEWS:

My own answer to almost all of the above questions was, in fact YES! Until I decided to change my life and fight sinusitis. The questions above are extracted from many years of personal experience and suffering which have lasted for years.

I have learned more about this area than I would have imagined I could learn, and I am now putting the things and all the stuff that do work down in my blog "How I won the battle against chronic Sinusitis" I am writing it all down and now, it is there for you to provide a real shortcut to restore your health.

... And guess what? You are not alone. A very high percentage of Americans (and the Western World population) do suffer from (chronic) sinusitis. It is the habits and the life we live, the cures we use and the wrong questions we have asked that has led so many into the wrong conclusions on how to cure sinusitis.

I will put a new post online tomorrow with information on what you are going to learn.
I am looking forward to hear from you.

My best regards,
Marucs Brinkmann

Very simple first rough plan for improving sinus conditions right now

I am writing a book online.

Read it for free.

I just HAD TO quickly post this from my email before going to bed now:

Sinusitis: If you want to know how a very simple plan for improving your life right now can look like ...
... just follow these actionable, simple steps.

What I describe are not all the available sinusitis remedies, it is about your own life and how you cure sinusitis effectively in the long run:

1. Stop Focussing On Purely Indirect Sinus Inflammation Treatment And Learn What The Most Effective Natural Remedies Are

Imagine you discover a fire, burning in the middle of your sleeping room.

Would you close the windows, and then slowly suck the air from your sleeping room to slowly lower the percentage of oxygen in the air so the fire slowly extinguishes?

Wouldn't it be better to immediately grab two or three bottles of water, and throw the water directly at the fire so the ROOT of the problem is torn out?

-> What this means is: Many studies have shown that a variety of medications have an indirect effect on the sinus inflammation itself and thus it takes too long until the person with an acute sinusitis really feels better.

However: There are so many ways to improve the situation considerably. Herbal cures such as a selection of key essential oils help to slow the inflammation down. Enzymes are also a key instrument to treat sinusitis effectively.

In my this online blog-book, I will in fact be covering many "forgotten" cures in sinusitis treatment.

Forget everything you heard about useless home remedies such as vinegar in water or funny herbal mixtures. Start using very potent essential oils and combine them with enzymes. I will tell you exactly what to do in this area.

However, be warned: Essential oils are very potent and can harm you. You really need to know what you are doing. The points above are just a very small part of what I have found. You need a combination of both: physical removal of mucus and anti-inflammatory measures. Only both combined help to succeed in the short and long run.

If you are interested in THIS PARTICULAR PART, just send me an email and I will send you more information about this.
(
   )

I would also like to add something very important: Did you know that natural essential oil constantly changes? What I mean is that every time new plants are delivered to extraction into the distillery, a new mixture of substances is created and then sold. This is why many harmful organisms have never managed to adapt to many essential oils. In fact, plants protect themselves against many threats by producing the substances I am talking about. For example, Doxiciline will always be the same Doxiciline, and bacteria have adapted to it: they survive being thrown at with this substance. This is not the case with natural essential oils!

2. Prevent The Sinus Inflammation (Sinusitis) From Occurring Again

Many people do not understand how the vicious cycle of sinus infections can amplify itself over time. The completely underestimate the harm that acute sinus infections do to them.

What you have to do is to learn how effective prevention works. This involves knowing the very early signs of the disease and stopping it as soon as you recognize any early warning signs.

These signs will help you prevent the situation form getting worse. However, there are numerous signs that are overseen, misjudged or simply wiped from the table as they occur.

There are fundamental connections between the sinuses and another organ which are hugely underestimated today. These connections are clinically proven and built in every child during the early weeks of pregnancy. This is a killer tool against sinusitis and will help you to become healthier from the inside.

3. Make The Needed Changes To Your Life So That Sinusitis Belongs To The PAST

Actually, there are jar dropping facts and realities on why more and more people suffer from sinusitis, revealing that antibiotics can be very counterproductive for treatment. Now that you have made the decision to learn more about Sinus remedies, I'm about to tell you about could help you a great deal, because it is all based on my years of experience and practice, not theory.

I will post again tomorrow,

With my best regards,
Marcus

Preface to my online book about Sinusitis

"Many people will declare you
chronically sick if you are suffering
from sinusitis for more than three months
or if you have four or more episodes per year.

In my opinion, this declaration is just a sign of

capitulation of modern day mainstream medicine."

If you are suffering from sinusitis right now, I know you are probably feeling very exhausted. I understand that you will want to improve the situation as quickly as possible. This is what this online book will help you do. I am neither a physician, nor a scientist or therapist, but I have learned a lot about an illness that has cost me a lot of time, energy and patience. Today, I know how to avoid it from coming back most of the time.

If you have sinusitis occasionally or regularly, you are not alone: it is one of the most prevalent illnesses in today’s “civilized” world. It is occurring at an increasing rate. A rate which is, to me, more than alerting.

Health care experts estimate that 37 million Americans are affected by sinusitis every year. It is a fact that health care workers report 33 million cases of chronic sinusitis to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention annually. If you boil the statistics down to the basics, you’ll always arrive at the same ratio: one in seven people suffers from sinusitis at least once a year. This is true for the US and, for example, the country where I live, Germany.

I have long suffered from sinusitis - in a severe way. I went through hell. It didn’t matter if or if not I had taken the highest possible doses of the strongest NSAR painkillers available. I endured so much pain that I cried sometimes.

Computer tomography proved it: I happen to have – as so many other people – a deviated septum. It almost touches the left side of the inside of my nasal cavity.

Mouth and throat specialists in hospitals sent mixed messages of how severe my situation was. Some suggested surgery. “You will not get away with this. Do the surgery, there is no workaround!” Some said I would be able to live with it. “If I see your CT image, I say, you will easily be able live with that.” The ones who suggested a surgery where the physicians who spent a considerable share of their time in the operating theater. They earned a considerable share of their income with this activity. The other group, disadvising from the operation, did not operate on people on a regular basis.

Shit balls! This was not a good or neutral basis for any rational decision I was about to take. I spent a few months in a desperate quest for the truth. Until I heard from a mouth and throat specialist who suffered from sinusitis himself.

Even though he has had this several times a year, he did not want the surgery. I found out that he was afraid of the risks involved. He should know best, I said to myself. Finally, I decided against a surgery.

Many people will declare you as chronically sick, if you have had sinusitis for more than three months or more than four episodes of sinusitis within a year. However, this is just a helpless sign of capitulation of modern day mainstream medicine.

Labeling you as "the chronic" will not help you improve your life in any way. Read on if you want to end this.

Chances are that you can.

My best regards,
Marcus

Chapter One: Help for Acute Sinusitis – Read This if You are Currently Sick

Introduction

Let me say out loud what you might think right now: “For a chronic sinusitis, special measures and medication is necessary. This can include surgery. Oh my god – surgery? … At least, this is what my family doctor said.” Let me tell you what I think: In most cases, AND THAT MIGHT WELL INCLUDE YOURS, the surgical approach is not a better solution than optimal, appropriate medical treatment. Every professional today will tell you that surgery is the last resort. Only consider it if you do not experience sufficient relief from optimal medication. You are stronger than you might think you are. Give this a try and don’t give up!

Goals of this Chapter:

  • To list and describe effective and available drugs and processes often forgotten or underestimated
  • To describe some of the overestimated drugs and measures sometimes suggested by non-professionals.

I kept this first chapter brief because it is designed to cater to the short attention span you will have when suffering from acute sinusitis. Don’t worry; it is normal that you cannot concentrate for more than five to ten minutes if you have a sinusitis.

However, before you read on, I want to drop the anti-sympathy bomb on the homeopathy-activist-league of America, Europe or whatever geography you live in. My experience is: none of the homeopathic products I took against sinusitis have ever really helped. I had tried more than a dozen different “flavors” after the recommendation of a trained homoeopathist. If homeopathy works for you – fine. For me, it never worked against sinusitis. I never experienced a shortening of the time I was sick or any permanent improvement of my situation.

If you are into homeopathy, chances are that you will neglect other truly effective therapeutic measures you could pursue. Let me add the remark that homeopathy is not to be confused with herbal medicines or other natural medications available. In fact, they can be so strong that the side effect will kill you if you don’t watch out.

Silver bullets for sinusitis treatment

Before I describe the possibilities I discovered, the roots of the illness and a three-level escalation plan to fight it, I will give you five silver bullets to check now if you have an acute sinusitis. There are a few often forgotten details within five important areas.

-       Drugs frequently prescribed by general practitioners or ORLs: If a real professional like a ORL has prescribed you antibiotics, take them and ensure that you take them on time and in a sufficient dose. Read the information packaged with the drug.
Now, in addition to or after you have taken the antibiotics for a few days or weeks, try taking enzymes. I used Serrapeptase. The other option is Bromelain. These enzymes can add a lot of value in both cases: without antibiotics or combined with antibiotics.

-       Hygiene: Studies indicate that regular jala neti is helping sinusitis patients as much as taking antibiotics. Use clean water, preferably after boiling it for a few minutes, and rinse your nose with a solution of salt and water that resembles the salt concentration of your body. Do not apply cold but at least hand-warm. If you cannot apply the solution because your nose is blocked, use a decongestant nasal spray to make it possible. You will be astonished about the “waste water” flowing out of your nose.

-      Underestimated Drugs – Naturopathy: Take Gelomyrthol and drink three liters of water a day. Gelomyrthol is one of the most potent medications without bigger side effects. It is a good solvent for mucus.

-       Allergies: Is it summer? Do you suffer from allergies? Try to take a potent histamine-blocking drug such as Telfast. Do not use the light versions which are prescription free. I have personally experienced strong improvements when taking Telfast. Often, allergists do suffer from a cold or sinusitis just because they have an allergic reaction. If you discover that the acute sinusitis disappears after a few days, consider taking it regularly and consistently during your personal “allergic season”.

-       Psychological and social factors: Say goodbye to the consistently present pressure of saving a sick day here and another there at work. It is not beneficial but puts you under a lot of stress. Accept that you are seriously sick. Stop playing the problem down. Lies no more. You may have to change the attitude you have to yourself and understand that you won*t be able to do any exercise / sport within the next one or two month. Tell your boss you are really sick, and do not try to save one or two days. What do you win if you commit yourself to a deadline, such as: “I ll be back at work in three days..” Instead, take the time you need to recover, and be aware of the 2 days you will need after the pain and fever is gone to sleep your way out of the exhausting past weeks or days you experienced.

I will write about My top five treatments to stay away from because they are useless in my next post.
Feel free to comment on my thoughts. Do you think I am missing important points?
Kind regards,
Marcus
